Meet Rod and Charlene Giles

Rod Giles (MA, MBA) has been a business manager, teacher, trainer and group facilitator for over 30 years, working in a number of positions in the service and health care sectors. He is now a self-published author, speaker and life coach.  Charlene (MA/LMFT) is recently retired from her position as a volunteer ministry leader at Asbury United Methodist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma. For over 28 years she has been responsible for the care and marriage ministries of one of the largest Methodist churches in Oklahoma.  Now working together, Rod and Charlene minister to couples who are ready to grow in their relationship with God and deepen their intimacy in marriage. They use the discipling tool Your One Degree to first enable couple clients to discover, accept and steward their individual unique design, and then work out the specific design of their marriage relationship.

Rod and Charlene have also help plant couples coaching ministries in local churches. They established a ministry arm of LifeQuest Coaching Associates to support their work with churches and volunteers in developing their own couples coaching ministries. Together, they bring their own unique experiences and gifts to support, train and grow couples in church marriage ministries when called on. They are part of the Your One Degree family of ministries and coaching institute.

Rod holds membership in the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Christian Coaching Network.  Charlene is an LMFT and consultant in ministry development. They speak, teach and coach others to glorify God and influence His Kingdom on earth.
